Payment...

All products must be paid for in advance of dispatch. Payments can be made using Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Master Card or PayPal. All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling and include VAT; prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery...

We aim to dispatch all orders that are being delivered to home within 21 days. Group products that have associated names are dispatched within 28 days of the proof being signed off by the school. All orders with delivery to school selected will be dispatched within 21 days of the deadline date.

Packages can still be classed as in transit up to 14 days from the date that it has been dispatched. Therefore if you have not received your order, please wait 14 days from the date that you are notified of dispatch before contacting us.

If 14 days have passed then please contact us either by email on info@boombooth.biz or call 01536 510570 and we will be happy to help trace your lost or delayed order. We will always endeavour to rectify the situation for you as soon as possible.

Cancelling an order...

As our photography products are bespoke and each order is custom made, orders can only be cancelled within 24hours of being placed. Orders for digital download products cannot be cancelled once the download has been sent.

Returning products...

All orders placed will contain an image and will be individually printed for you. Therefore it is not possible to return an order or claim a refund if you have made an error. Orders for digital download products cannot be refunded once the download has been sent.

Faulty goods MUST BE returned within 14 days, please contact us either by email on info@boombooth.biz or call 01536 510570. As soon as we receive the item/s and they have been checked, we will either refund your card or send a replacement. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Complaints...

Complaints must be made directly to BOOM Photography within 10 working days of receipt of goods. All complaints should be sent via email to; info@boombooth.biz

Credit Card information...

BOOM Photography does not retain any information regarding your credit or debit card number, expiry date or card security code.

Personal information...

BOOM Photography will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you either as an individual or your personal usage of the site without your consent or unless required to do so by law. The Information we gather may include name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and any personal preferences in connection with your order.

Copyright...

BOOM Photography retain the copyright on all printed photographs – they may not be copied, published or reproduced without our written permission. With regards to digital images, BOOM Photography retain the copyright to these also, however, when purchased, print rights will be granted and so, they can be printed, copied, reproduced and shared.

Insurance…

1. We carry £1 million public liability insurance.

2. We are PAT tested yearly.

3. A copy of insurance details will be provided should the School request one.

1. The ordering party agrees that upon filling in any enquiry or order form on the website, and payment, the ordering party accepts these terms and conditions.
